
Annette Schott has been a member of the SAMI staff since the Fall of 2007. Annette works primarily with small national and larger state medical associations. In this role Annette has developed expertise in obtaining CME accreditation for medical programs while ensuring compliance with ever evolving ACCME guidelines. She has also worked with clients to develop and maximize corporate support for meetings through the development and implementation of corporate membership programs and in seeking unrestricted educational grants. In the Fall of 2010 Annette planned and organized a hands on interactive laboratory conference providing attendees the opportunity to view procedures and interact with clinicians in real time. At SAMI Annette also assists in general meeting management, committee and board support and financial record keeping and is an active member in the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE.)
Annette is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where she obtained a baccalaureate degree in political science and history with an emphasis in legal studies. Prior to working at Svinicki Association Management, Annette was employed at law firm in downtown Milwaukee as a research assistant and coordinated the firms philanthropic initiatives. These events included political fundraisers for local, state and national races and various community projects. Annette, is an active volunteer for Stars and Stripes Honor Flight and is beginning her 8th year as the the head coach of the Homestead High School Varsity Dance Team in Mequon, WI.
