Jane Svinicki, CAE Named Vice Chair of the ASAE Association Management Company (AMC) Section Council

Jane Svinicki, CAE, President of Svinicki Association Management, Inc. (SAMI) has been named Vice Chair of the ASAE AMC Section Council.  The AMC Section Council is the group of volunteers charged to assist the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in providing programs, services, and information that serve association professionals who are working in, or interested in working in, an AMC. 

“It has been a privilege to serve on the Council for the past three years with a dynamic, experienced, group of people.  The opportunity to move through the leadership of this Council, is an honor,” said Svinicki.

“The AMC segment of the association management profession has tremendously expanded in the 31 years since I founded Svinicki Association Management.  From a room at ASAE with 30 attendees to a full pre-program aimed towards the AMC community with 200 attendees, the influence of AMCs continues to grow substantially.”

Svinicki said her goals for the ASAE AMC Section Council include:

-expanding knowledge and understanding of the AMC model

-increasing the presentations from AMCs at ASAE events

-expanding the use of AMC related content developed by ASAE
