The SAMI office is located at Summit Place, a 400,000 square foot re-development of the former Allis-Chalmers Co. headquarters consisting of four buildings with over 50 tenants. The office is easily accessible from I-94 (exit 68-70th Street) with plenty of free parking.  

Directions:  From I-94, exit south on 68th-70th Streets to 70th Street. Go south on 70th to the stoplights at West Washington Street (which is just north of Greenfield Avenue). Proceed east on Washington Street to the Summit Place office buildings on your right).

Visitor Parking:  Drive past the main entrance (the awning that has the big 6737 on top), the visitor parking lot is on your right past the entrance. If the visitor lot is full, continue on Washington (over the railroad tracks) to the surface lot on your left.

Location within the Building:  Enter at the main entrance (under the awning that has the big 6737 on top) take the escalator (or “A” elevators) to the 3rd floor.  Svinicki Association Management, Inc. (SAMI), is Suite 1300 the front of the building (U turn off the escalator) or turn to your left as you exit the elevators.

Meeting Facilities:  There are four conference rooms at Summit Place for client use, accommodating groups from 8 to 200.  Two of the rooms are equipped with power point projectors and there is also an on-site deli, which can cater any client events.  SAMI’s office at Suite 1300 includes a conference room that can accommodate 10-12 people.
