Jane Svinicki, CAE
Jane A. Svinicki, CAE is President and owner of Svinicki Association Management, Inc. (SAMI), an association management firm she started in 1986. She has over 30 years of experience in the association management field. Her responsibilities include overseeing Board and committee activities, financial management, meeting and publication management and assisting with client strategic planning. She has expertise in association accounting, law and organizational management. Jane is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Association Management Company Institute (AMC Institute).
Jennifer Rzepka, CAE
Jennifer Rzepka, CAE is Vice President and a Partner at SAMI, and serves as Account Executive for clients. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She provides complete management services to clients specializing in Board relations, organization of annual activities, comprehensive meeting management and detailed work with committees. Jennifer is an active member of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and has been with SAMI for more than 18 years.
Andrew Bronson, CAE
Andrew Bronson, CAE is an Account Executive at SAMI who joined the team in 2010. Board of Director relations, meeting and convention management, financial record keeping, membership management, and implementation of new technologies are a few areas in which Andrew specializes. He was named a 2017 Forty Under 40® recipient by Association Forum and USAE. In addition to his fulfilling career at SAMI, he is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. In addition to assisting clients, he manages the Information Technology at SAMI and previously served on the ASAE Young Professionals Committee. Andrew is a graduate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and minor in Technical Communications. Outside of the office, Andrew is an avid baseball fan and volunteers for DECA, a high school program that prepares students in marketing and business.
Jenni Kilpatrick, CAE
Jenni Kilpatrick, CAE is an Account Executive at SAMI who joined the team in 2007. She has developed expertise in obtaining Continuing Medical Education (CME) approval for medical programs while ensuring compliance with ever-evolving ACCME guidelines. Jenni also has experience in coordinating Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in accordance with the procedural guidelines of various states. She provides complete support to clients at SAMI with focus on the areas of Board relations, program and meeting organization, publication coordination, financial record-keeping, budgeting, and committee support. Jenni is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). In her spare time, she enjoys running, volunteering her time to her sorority, Alpha Xi Delta, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Marie Odden is an Account Executive who has been with SAMI since 2008. Her main focus is on medical associations, specializing in anesthesia-related groups, both in-state and international. She assists clients in obtaining Continuing Medical Education (CME) for medical programs while ensuring compliance through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Marie is also responsible for Board relations, committee support, annual meeting and publication coordination, financial record keeping, membership management and website upkeep. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband and dog, playing sand volleyball and bowling.
Sandy Schueller is an Account Executive who has been with SAMI since July 2013. Prior, she attended Marquette University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with majors in both Marketing and Information Technology. At SAMI, Sandy is responsible for organization of conferences and trade shows, Board relations, committee support, magazine publication coordination, financial record keeping, promotional materials, and website upkeep. Sandy is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). When not assisting clients, Sandy enjoys spending her free time traveling, reading, and attending concerts.
Scott Mattson is an Account Manager at SAMI who joined the team in 2015. At SAMI, Scott assists clients by aiding in promotion material coordination, preparing meeting materials, working on client’s membership renewals, meeting registrations, newsletters, meeting material preparation. He is also skilled in onsite meeting management including event registration and crisis control. When not in the office, Scott spends his time running, hiking, playing volleyball, and going to concerts.
Dan Dudzinski joined SAMI in 2011. He is responsible for creative design and layout for all SAMI client projects. He specializes in creating and maintaining specific brands that help associations construct a unique image, confirm credibility, and deliver a clear message. Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Outside the office, Dan enjoys painting, drawing and growing his record collection.
Abbey Bornemeier joined SAMI in July 2018 as an Account Coordinator. Abbey graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. At SAMI, she assists clients with meeting organization, records management, and website updates. Outside of the office, Abbey enjoys traveling, running, and being crafty.
Kelli Dyszelski joined SAMI’s team as an Account Coordinator in July 2016. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. At SAMI, Kelli works directly with clients to assist with program and meeting planning, coordinating Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Medical Education (CME), registration processing, committee support, membership renewal, financial record keeping, database management, and provides support with on-site staffing of events. Outside of the office, Kelli enjoys reading, fishing, photography and spending time with her family and friends.
Monique Gamache joined the SAMI team as an Account Coordinator in June 2016. She assists multiple associations providing program and meeting organization, records management, website updates, publication coordination, and is the direct contact for members of these associations. She attended Marquette University where she studied Linguistics and has a strong interest in foreign languages. Outside the office, Monique enjoys traveling, singing, and supporting local businesses in Milwaukee.
Tyler McNamer joined SAMI in September 2017 as an Account Coordinator. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. At SAMI, Tyler assists clients with membership processing, database management, finances, and newsletters. Outside of SAMI, Tyler enjoys filmmaking and volunteering in his community. Tyler also volunteers at Milwaukee Pride to help with PrideFest Milwaukee.
Delaney Mielke joined SAMI in July 2018 as an Account Coordinator. Delaney graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Spanish and Retailing & Consumer Behavior. At SAMI, she assists clients in member processes, website updates, and meeting registrations. In her spare time, Delaney enjoys traveling, going to concerts, playing guitar and spending time with her friends and family.
Ashley Reum joined SAMI in October 2017 as an account coordinator. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and a certificate in Southeast Asian studies. At SAMI Ashley assists clients with website updates and promotional materials. In her free time, she enjoys reading, attending comedy shows, trying new restaurants and playing Magic the Gathering with friends.
Rachel Witte joined SAMI in September 2016 as an Account Coordinator. She attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies, with a major in Media Studies and minor in Media Law. At SAMI, Rachel uses her background in marketing and graphic design to assist clients with database management, registration and membership processing, and coordinating promotional materials. Outside of the office, Rachel is busy sewing and playing board games with friends.
